The Sales/Financing/Inventory Features are all combined into one module which provides you simplicity in allowing you to work within all three components thereby simplifying the sales process.  Other DMS programs make it so much more difficult by bouncing the user back and forth between departmental modules to get a deal done. The sales quoting system allows you to calculate sales quotes and manipulate sales factors including selling price, trade allowance, down-payment, interest rate and term. You can quickly add customer and vehicle information, attach additional add-ons, trailers, etc. If a quote is evaluated as a potential opportunity, you can add it to an electronic sales board to elevate the opportunity so it can be given more attention. You can change a sales quotes status so that it flows through a variety of sales steps from quote status to pending, approved, sold, capped.

Inventory Control

Get complete control over your ordering and receiving process. Place orders with your manufacturers and suppliers quickly and easily through our efficient Purchase Order system.  Simplify Software inventory management is the solution for dealers that sell RVs, boats, motors, trailers, horse trailers, ATVs, motorcycles and cars. Anything that has a vin or serial number is managed by the Inventory module. Accounting of inventory is simple and accurate. Inventory and Service modules are completely integrated so that the service departments can expense internal repairs directly to the cost-of-goods in inventory. Multi-location lookup of inventory is built into Simplify Software.
